Ticketing Purchase Tutorial
To access ticket purchases for Riyadi games, users are required to either log in with their existing account credentials or register for a new account. To access the Account page you either click on SIGN UP or LOGIN, or use this link: https://www.riyadi.com/my-account/
STEP 2: VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT
Upon successful registration, users will receive an email containing a verification link. To activate their account and gain full access to ticketing options, users must click on the “click here” link within the email.
STEP 3: COMPLETE VERIFICATION PROCESS
After account registration and email verification, users should navigate to the verification tab within their account dashboard. Here, they are prompted to provide their date of birth and upload the necessary documents as per Riyadi’s requirements. Upon submission, users will need to await verification by Riyadi’s administration.
STEP 4: PROFILE REVIEW AND TICKETING CODE ISSUANCE
Once the user has uploaded the required documents, their profile will undergo review by Riyadi’s administration. If the profile is rejected for any reason, the user has the option to resubmit the documents for reconsideration. Upon approval, users will receive a ticketing code immediately, enabling them to purchase tickets conveniently on ticketingboxoffice.com.
