The following season, 1950/51, they continued their winning streak, once again claiming the top spot and proving that their first victory was no fluke.

This trend persisted for over seven decades, as Al-Riyadi consistently outperformed their rivals, securing the championship in a staggering number of seasons, including the most recent 2022/2023 season.

1998 West Asian Basketball Championship in Jordan: Al-Riyadi made a significant mark in the world of basketball by winning the West Asian Basketball Championship in Jordan. Five-time Champions of the Arabs with four consecutive titles from 2005 to 2009: Al-Riyadi’s dominance extended to the Arab world, where they secured the title of Arab Champions a remarkable five times. What’s even more impressive is that they achieved four consecutive titles from 2005 to 2009, showcasing their sustained excellence on the Arab stage.
Eleven-time winners of the Housameddine Hariri International Tournament: The Housameddine Hariri International Tournament has been a platform where Al-Riyadi consistently displayed their prowess. 2022 – 2023 OF THE LEBANESE BASKETBALL LEAGUE
Riyadi Beirut wins on Monday 29th of May night the 2023 Lebanon Basketball League Tournament. In the final series of the tournament, Riyadi Beirut challenged Dynamo club, who placed second.
Al Riyadi won the fifth match of the final series with a score of 77/71 against Dynamo, this win came despite the injury of one of the season’s best players, Duop Reath.

Al-Riyadi Club began its journey in Lebanese basketball in the late 1940s. They won their first Lebanese Basketball Championship in the 1949/50 season.Their success continued through the 1950s and 1960s with multiple championship wins.

Al-Riyadi clinched the Lebanese Cup three times in 2006, 2007, and 2008.In 1998, they won the West Asian Basketball Championship and qualified for the Asian Basketball Championship.At the Asian Championship in Malaysia, they secured the Bronze Medal and earned individual awards.Al-Riyadi became the first Lebanese team to finish in the top three positions in the Asian Championship

Al-Riyadi had an exceptional 2004-2005 season, winning all 25 games in the Lebanese Championship without a single loss.They also triumphed in multiple tournaments during the same season.In 2005-2006, they set a Lebanese record with a 44-game winning streak in the league.Al-Riyadi won both the Lebanese Championship and the Lebanese Cup in the 2006-2007 season.They claimed victory in the Damascus International Tournament in 2004 and the Dubai International Tournament in 2005 and 2006
